COSMICSOUP, LLC officially became a company in March of 2008.  The original concept was to provide safe, fun applications “cosmic,” along with opportunities for online social communication “soup,” in an effort to link people’s lives.  It didn’t take long to realize what we conceived was a social network. We are currently in the process of raising capital from a Series A investor.
